Job Description

In this very important role you will own hardware, software, managed hosting and VOIP implementation projects from customer purchase through full installation and acceptance.  Your role is to ensure the projects are completed on time, meet the customer’s expectations, receive customer acceptance and are properly transitioned to the ongoing support team. You will be responsible for scheduling the appropriate personnel including Field Engineers and Application Consultants to complete the implementation.  In addition to new product implementations you will coordinate system upgrades, additional technical/end user training events, and custom professional services projects.


 

Qualifications Three years of successful project management experience supporting complex technical solution implementations for enterprise customers;
Three years experience interacting with customer contacts at all organizational levels from executives to end-users.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience;
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict time constraints;
Experienced in managing project personnel, regardless of their reporting structure, and achieving successful project results;
Proven ability to meet project milestones and delivery dates;
Ability to be flexible and adaptive to the management needs of complex projects in varying states of definition;
Previous experience providing project oversight of Contact Center Technologies and phone system focused applications a real plus.
Previous experience working directly with a software development team to ensure project and product requirements are meet and any necessary escalations are conducted efficiently.
Ability to develop and maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships;
Project management certification from accredited school or project management organization preferred.
Experienced in removing barriers to project personnel, stakeholders, and customers working together to achieve a common goal;
Excellent written and verbal communications skills;
Strong negotiation skills.
Compensation 75-95K typical
